WEAR CLOTHING THAT ALLOWS MOVEMENT. BAGGY CLOTHING COULD GET IN THE WAY. TANK TOPS WORK BEST TO ALLOW FULL MOVEMENT OF THE ARMS. AVOID PERFUME AND HEAVY CLOTHING. YOU WANT YOUR BODY TO BE ABLE TO BREATHE.

WE RECOMMEND GRIP SOCKS. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PAIR, NO WORRIES! WE HAVE SEVERAL STYLES AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE STUDIO. NO BARE FEET PLEASE.
DO I NEED A MAT?
MATS ARE PROVIDED AT THE STUDIO. HOWEVER, IF YOU PREFER YOUR OWN, PLEASE BRING A MAT THAT IS AT LEAST 1/2 IN. THICK.
HOW LONG DOES CLASS LAST?
CLASSES ARE 45 - 60 MINUTES LONG.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR CLASSES ONLINE?
YOU CAN PAY ONLINE OR IN PERSON AT THE STUDIO. WE PREFER YOU USE THE MINDBODY APP TO PAY AND REGISTER FOR CLASS.

HERE AT BODY CONTROL WE BELIEVE THAT WORKING IN A NEUTRAL POSITION OF THE SPINE IS BEST. OVERWORKING IN A TUCKED POSITION MAY TIGHTEN HIP FLEXORS AND CREATE LOW BACK STRAIN.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS TO CLASS/DO YOU HAVE CHILDCARE?
WE DO NOT HAVE A DESIGNATED AREA FOR CHILDREN OR CHILDCARE ON SITE. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN IN THE BOUTIQUE AREA. THIS IS A SAFETY AND LIABILITY ISSUE.
CAN MY 13 YEAR OLD TAKE PILATES?
YES - WITH A PARENT OR GUARDIAN PRESENT! MINORS 13-17 ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND WITH A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
