STUDIO Guidelines/policies

• If you arrive at the studio early, you are welcome to wait in the boutique area. Please be mindful that private training/Reformer sessions may still be going on. An instructor will let you into the studio as soon as the session and clean up is complete.
• No shoes! Grip socks only. Please remove your shoes at the entrance of the studio and place them in a basket or cubbie.

• Must be 18 or older to attend group classes without a parent or guardian. 13-17 year olds may attend with a parent or guardian.
• We do not have childcare or a designated are for children. Please do not leave children unattended in the boutique area as this is a safety and liability issue.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens—we get it! We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a class. Without notice, it will be considered a late cancellation, and a class will be deducted from class packs.

For Body Control Flow Pass members, a $10 late cancel/no-show fee will be applied to your account.

To cancel online, log into your MindBody account and go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time.

All class pass sales are final. 

WAITLIST

If the class you want to attend is full you may place yourself on the waitlist. To join the waitlist, you must have a class credit in your account. If your settings are turned on you will be notified by email/text if a spot opens up.
