  • No shows will result in loss of class credit. 
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the start of class will result in the loss of class credit.


Exceptions will be made on an individual basis at the instructors discretion.

class descriptions

 

PILATES MEETS BARRE
This class will incorporate barre with the Pilates mat class. Tone and lift! (Wear grip socks)

BARRE CARDIO
We all need a little blast of Cardio! This class will incorporate spurts of speed, full range of motion and options for plyometrics! Come raise the barre with us! (Wear grip socks)

TOTAL BODY SCULPT
This is a high intensity aerobic workout. You will burn fat and calories in the fast moving 40 minutes you are here. We begin class with a warm-up and move into cardio. Next, we sculpt the entire body front to back, top to bottom and side to side. No muscle will be left behind! (Wear grip socks) 

REFORMER/ONE ON ONE
The reformer is a spring loaded Pilates machine. The reformer is a great way to start your Pilates lifestyle. With your one on one training with Holly or Lindsay you will achieve strength, activate deep muscles, tone and increase stamina and coordination.
